Melissa Hall is a St. Louis, MO based artist who began painting acrylics in 2015 in the company of her friends.

 

In 2023 Melissa completed her training as a Certified Bob Ross Instructor, skilled with the wet-on-wet oil painting technique that was taught on PBS stations for many years.

Melissa brings light-hearted enthusiasm to the classroom, helping students explore their own talents--whether realized or not!
